You will see the game telling you in chat that a “Respawn point has been set”. Simply place it down and right click on it you do not have to sleep through the night. The easiest way of changing your Spawn Point and placing it at a better location is by using a Bed. However, sometimes the original Spawn Point isn’t all that ideal. They will spawn in that area and when they die they respawn there. ![]() Same will go for any other Players that join your world. No matter how far away you go, when you die you will return to that exact block you had started off on. Minecraft commands can be a little complicated at times, especially when using it in Command Blocks, but you can check out a list of commonly used commands here so you don’t have to do the heavy lifting yourself.When you first start in a world, singleplayer or multiplayer, you will have an assigned Spawn Point at a random location. You can use it to kill enemies if you don’t like a particular one or other things. Whatever command you want set up goes into the “Command Input” section. Selecting “Always Active” makes the command run regardless. Selecting “Needs Redstone” will make it only activate if the block has Redstone. You can also set your Command Block up to be powered by Redstone. “Conditional” makes it so it’ll only run if the previous Command Block ran.
